Project City - Bodykit Installation

Project city: I have been looking around for a suitable bodykit for my car and had found a Mugen kit style to enhance the looks. I like the kit very much and order the set so that the workshop can send it for spray painting. The story goes...
---------------------------------------------
It was a Wednesday morning(25 Feb 09), time is 8.50am, I set out to the workshop at Woodlands Link, called Yun Design. Upon reaching the workshop around 9.20am, the workshop guys are already waiting for my arrival and they are preparing the kit for installation. Without much hesitation, they start to work on my car.
---------------------------------------------
Taking this photo before the installation. The car still look very stock.

The first step to the installation, the mud flap had to be removed. This is necessary as it will be replaced by the side skirting.

A close up view of the mud flap before removal.

The front lip being positioned. Immediately I noticed a different look, now it look nice and fierce. This is Mugen kit design.

The wheel had to be turned to one side so as to installed the front lip. There are two screws on each side to tighten the kit.

The rear kit being positioned for installation. The workshop guys had to hold the kit carefully and apply masking tape to assist in the bonding.

The rear kit being installed. Noticed the masking tape is required to hold the kit while waiting for the glue to be dried.

A close up view of the engine after the cover is removed. Noticed the tube in the centre, it had to be cut so as to tap the vacuum sensor.

The hood open up ready for gauges installation.

The gauges being position before installation. Lots of wiring had to be done and the workshop guy begins to dismantled the interior cover.
